And my days going on resting, as I feel always tired,
Even i don't want to bath even in summer.
I can't laugh, even in great joke or any good news,
Sometimes I become too silent and sometime over violence even In small things.
Wants to cry but can't.
Wants to laugh but can't.
I am not enjoying my food also..
I thought that meditation will help me but I don't find energy to do that. It's going on since 3 yrs approx
Now a days I can't stand for a while otherwise faints occurred, vomiting and blackish view.
Now a days I want to leave my family and go where no one with me, human voices now irritate me.
I want to be happy and healthy

From your account, it seems that your symptoms which are suggestive of depression are very distressing to you and also causing problems in multiple areas of your life like interacting with others, sleep, appetite, confidence level etc. To minimise any more harm that could be caused by these symptoms, it is best that you consult a Psychiatrist at the earliest. Also, your symptoms of vomiting, fainting need to be evaluated, and going to Psychiatrist can take care of this aspect as well, as she/he can evaluate these symptoms and conclude whether there is any physical cause for your complaints
