Please take immediate help from a trained Psychotherapist. Keep your family and friends informed about your condition. At times when you feel suicidal, call up someone who can speak with you for sometime. But, take psychotherapy immediately. Please do not delay. You can consult anyone who takes sessions online too. All the best!!
