I think you should follow your Psychiatrist instructions. His treatment is absolutely correct.( though you haven't mentioned any background for prescribing these medicines). You need to be patient as serta takes 1 or 2 weeks to act & some level of anxiety in the first week is common. For that he has already prescribed medicines.
Next Steps
Being patient for 2 weeks & following your doctor's instructions.

Serta and fostera can not be taken initially all together because it may cause hypersomnia, severe headache, or serotonin syndrome
Next Steps
Consult psychiatrist

From your explanation dose of serts needs to be upregulated and olanzapine can be taken at night as it somewhat provide sedation. But only after consulting your psychiatrist and after ruling out any other medical related disorders.

It appears that the dose of Sertraline needs to be increased as there was no improvement with 50mg for over a month. Dose of Sertraline can be increased upto 200mg based on response and tolerability. Fostera (olanzapine) is an anti-psychotic medication which at times, used for augmentation in depression at low doses but it's role is not known in anxiety disorder.
Next Steps
Please don't self-medicate with Benzodiazepines. Consult a psychiatrist for uptitrating dose of Sertraline.

Hello ma'am Serta 50 is just a minimum dose to improve from depression There is a requirement to further increase the dose and that might also help for anxiety symptoms And also there are other drugs to improve anxiety symptoms, without fostera or zapiz With good results for short-term treatment
Next Steps
Kindly consult online for further management and treatment

The dose of Serta needs to be adjusted. Usually we increase the dose after first 14-15 days of treatment. That is the basic requirement. Apart from that you can take Zapiz 0.5 also. But its better to consult and get your prescription changed.
