Depression
My mother is suffering from depression. She abuses everyone, says bad things, imagine herself being abused and then yells and screams badly. In the mid of all these her legs became bad and doctor suggested a total knee replacement. Post surgery she did not do her exercises. She is in pain and depression please suggest something

What you have described sounds like a severe emotional issue which could be severe depression or psychosis. Please see a psychiatrist immediately who will diagnose and treat accordingly. If your mother is not willing to go, please consult a psychiatrist who can do a home visit. Please do not delay any longer.
