Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. If you realize the actual root cause for your anxiety or depression is the anxious or overwhelming thoughts. So your medication is just one part of the treatments to supress the emotion caused by such thoughts. However it can't control the thoughts on its own. For that you need to in parallel start few mindset change techniques or psychotherapies with the guidance of Psychologist to support the treatment. Be positive. Take a help to follow suitable non medicine treatment plan and counseling support. Feel free to reach me online for further evaluation and recommendation. Be positive. You will be alright soon.
