Iam facing the problem of depression from last 6months from the time my breakup. Unable to concentrate on anything and also not interested in eating and no proper sleep

Hi. It is recommended that you meet a psychiatrist given the symptoms you are telling are 6 months long. These could be strong indicators for long standing depression. I don't know whether you had consulted any clinician till now  however I feel that you need to be in treatment soon. Congitive behaviour therapy is recommended for Depression. And I can assure you that depression can be treated.
