I was in a relationship but in my past I had few other relationships that I didn't tell my partner. Now my partner has found out the truth and he doesn't want to continue our relationship . How can I rectify this? How can I prove o him that I didn't mean to cheat him

I'm sorry to hear about the state of affairs and I can imagine it must be really tough time for both of you. Your intention wasn't wrong , u loved him a lot and concealed facts for the fear of losing him.
At this point of time he would have difficulty trusting You and it's a normal emotional response
