I’ve been suffering from depression for about 2 years now but I only went to see my GP about 2 months ago. She put me on Sertraline but I forgot to tell her at the time that I was suicidal because of how emotional I was. Now I’m even lower than that now and I’ve even started making plans to end my life. I need help ASAP!!

Greetings,
Talking to a counsellor or psychotherapist definitely eases the burden and heaviness. Calling suicide helplines like Samaritans or Aasra can lessen the initial apprehension or anxiety of finding the right counsellor, booking an appointment and physically going there.
Stay strong.
