I think I am having depression and anxiety problem. I lack focus , everytime negative thougts generate in my mind and I cant control them. I had miscarriage 4 months ago ,after that I am not able to recover mentally . Please help

I understand that you have been through a traumatic experience in life. It is not easy to be in thr situation you are in. But when it comes to negative thoughts, we hardly have any control over them. They are automatic in nature and hence we feel helpless when we are unable to get rid off them. Therefore, therapy will help you not control but change these negative thoughts, which will then start changing your feelings, from sad and anxious to less sad and more relaxed.
