Depression
I'm suffering from depression from quite some time and taking meds+therapy but I feel like therapist is doing nothing than making money as I haven't felt a bit better even after 10 sessions. She is rated 90+% in practo. Why do I need Therapy if I can control my emotions myself better than anyone as everyone understands the emotions and life issues better themselves. Why therapy is needed with meds?? It's use is to change the negative thought pattern basically but that is just coz I'm having an illness otherwise I used to advise others on what to do and that is what they are doing now. I know if they will have this illness they will feel like me. What is tge significance of thia then??
