ALWAYS means since when....I mean since when you are having such issues...As getting irritable or sad or angry are normal emotional expressions if they are occurring as per situation and also does not cause distress to oneself and others....Any stressor troubling you... Consult a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and Management of the case
