I have been slipping in depression and i can very much feel it, i have loss interest in everything, i just wanna be left alone, want to sleep, dont want to talk to anyone, sometimes i feel super chilly, sometimes i am just crying for nothing at all, i am not sucidal though but cant take this anymore

As per description of your symptoms you must visit a Psychiatrist for medications. Alongiwth this I would also suggest Psychotherapy sessions by a Clinical psychologist.
Next Steps
Make a activity schedule and try to follow it, it may seem difficult initially but don't give up. Also engage in social interactions even though you may have to force yourself for the same but it will definitely benefit.
