Hi, i can understand the distress that you are through. These symptoms that you have just reported are symptoms of depression. A thorough investigation of past history and complaints is needed to decide about wether it is bipolar depression or only depression problem. The medical treatment for both the condition is different. Most importantly, it is completely curable. You will need to consult with a psychiatrist. It is not something which can resolve spontaneously.
