Depression
I am not sure but it seems that I am suffering from depression. I don't want to go back to work, don't want to finish my pending work. However when I am talking to someone I show off like I am a happy presume everything is fine. But actually it isn't. most of the time I am not happy nor sad. Hard to share these feeling with anyone because I know no-one will take it serious. some times I just want to cry aloud but can't. I don't know if these are the symptoms of depression or not.

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately.
