How to deal with depression, I am not able to sleep properly. I keep thinking about bad things every time. Sometimes even have the urge to suicide. Bad things keep coming in my mind even if I try to avoid them

It sounds like your depressive symptoms are becoming a bit intense & chronic. In these circumstances it is likely that you would benefit from medication. However medication alone will not be sufficient. You would need other treatments like cognitive behavior therapy & some lifestyle modifications like yoga, sleep hygiene, activity scheduling etc. I suggest you consult for an assessment since depression seems to be bit severe given your negative ruminations & suicidal thoughts.
