Depression going strong
I'm 29 years old and I've been suffering from depression for I don't know how long. I've consulted clinical psychologists and counselors in the past, which helped me only temporarily. I know most of the reasons for my fears, worries, anxiety and uneasiness. I used to have suicidal thoughts when I was in school. Never had them again until recently I feel like I'm gonna burst. I don't need counselling anymore. I think I just wanna be saved.

Hello, Feeling of sadness is a normal part of everyday life even when nothing major has happened. But when some severe situation happens, then it is obvious that anyone can get impacted.
