Hello, It's good that you've addressed your issues on this platform which is the first step. As mentioned,you feel low mentally and physically which is probably affecting other aspects of your life as well. Going to counseling is the second and most crucial step to getting better.  It takes courage and requires you to come out of your comfort zone.
