I want to understand since how long have you been having these symptoms? They can be indicative of depression but need to know full history.
Suicidal thoughts in itself is an indicator of severe depression

For how many days?? If more than 2wks you are having low mood, decreased energy, suicidal thought, decreased appetite, disturbed sleep... May be you are having clinical depression. Regarding suicidal thought also we need to know about the frequency of the thought, the intent, any attempt or not etc. Please talk to a psychiatrist.
