Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately. Try some relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation and deep breathing. Indulge in hobbies. Spend time with people close to you.

in your case depression perhaps is because of some difficulty in perception of reality and concern about future. the results of the future are not in your hands. Actions in the present is all that you can do. learn your lessons from the past....but before all these you need to relax by adjusting your diet and lifestyle. start with aerobic exercises, drink 3 liters of water daily and sit quietly with eyes close for 10 min daily and observe all the sounds you hear around you

Hello. It seems that you have been feeling this way for a long time. Sometimes when a depressive episode is not treated it may result in chronic depressive symptoms.  A psychiatrist and a psychologist can help by diagnosing and treating this condition.
