There might be several causes for being stressed. Unless we understand the cause of your stress it's difficult to solve it . I understand that you enjoy being alone. But on a longer run you might find it difficult to continue this way.
I would suggest that you consult a clinical psychologist inorder to help you get a clarity over your issue .
