Depression and Existential crisis

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I am an engineering student and I have made my life a complete mess due to personal issues and the burden of expectations. I am desperately willing to make a change to my life and I wish to seek help. I wanted to attend sessions with Ms. Charvi Jain, but I can't find an empty slot. Can someone guide through the process of making an appointment. I can make it only on Saturdays and maybe a few weekday evenings.
