I feel mood swings at random times And sometimes i feel sadness because of no particular reason I never feel happiness from my heart I always feel something is missing & If i am supposed to do any task at a particular time I will feel anxiety until i finish it Even i feel very dependable in my relationship with my boyfriend I am afraid of losing my own personality Mostly i am an introvert I don't like talking to random person Please sir/mam guide me through this Shall i go for sessions ?

Hi yes you should defintely go through sessions. it can be managed well just need more understanding as to how and why it happens you will be good to go your insecurities need to be addressed. consult with me or any psychologist online all the very best

Hello, I understand your state of mind and applaud you for your intention to seek help or professional opinion regarding the same. While the source of this anxiety maybe looked into in detail in a one to one session with a Counseling psychologist, there are some things We need to consider here: 1. Mood swings are caused by the hormonal activity of the body. Given that you are in your primes, you may feel overwhelmed by your emotions at times with is natural. However you may need to talk to a gynaecologist or a general physician about your period and hormonal activity. Homeopathic medicine helps in some cases. 2. While emotions we feel are natural, coupled with situations , we give them meaning and react in a way that may in fact overwhelm us mentally and emotionally , and feel “bad” about how we feel. Hence feeling helpless. 3. Talking to limited people tends to narrow down our “world” to those people, hence their behaviour affecting us more. And hence feeling bad about it at the same time.

Hi, Happiness is a state of mind. Begin to understand yourself well and the nature around yoy. We are not perfect beings, hence trying to becoming perfect or forcing ourselves too much can lead to too unrealistic expectations and stressful situations. Hence we all should begin with accepting our limitations, thus leading to relax mind and platform to overcome our limitations and also state of mind to accept others limitation which will further lead to a better relationship with people around us. Some are born with sensitive or emotional personality, they might have lot of positives, strengths, skills etc but may lack in handling emotions during stressful conditions Hence might feel very uncomfortable handling their emotions especially during an emotional outburst with near and dear ones. Such situations can lead to soured/bitter relationship and people might start ignoring you and also people or you might stay out of relationships and prefer to stay lonely. This might enter into a vicious cycle and can influence your personality, decrease happiness quotient and sense of loneliness and abandonment can creep in. Stop being too critical on you Accept your limitations and work on it
