मुझे डिप्रेशन के सिम्पटम आ रहे है तकरीबन एक साल से अभी लॉकडाउन में बहुत ज्यादा हो गया है में डिप्रेशन की मेडिसिन नहीं खाना चाहता मुझे रात को नीद भी नहीं आती इसकी वजह से डिप्रेशन और बड जाता है किया में नीद के लिए मेलाटोनिन कैप्सूल ले सकता हूं इसकी वजह से मेरा डिप्रेशन कही और तो नहीं बड जाएगा
