I hate everyone and everything around me. My job, my life, my phone, my husband, my family my choices that other make for me and how I don't know who I am. I have no idea who I am. I just feel like my existence is of no use and is just pain for me and people connected to me. I just fell like I should disappear and maybe die so that al least other people can be happy without me . I need help I don't want to be like this. I can't even talk to anyone about anything. I get angry very quick and sometimes for no reason.
