Depressed and stressed

I've been having lot of stress since September- October. i am extremely depressed and haven't been sleeping at all since then. i feel very suicidal as well. i feel it's a dead end. I got married last year in January. My husband is in overseas. He quit me and I filed a case against him for deserting me. He's not giving me divorce as well. I've been very stressed at work as well. I am not sure what to do.
