Depressed and anxiety
I feel so low I am so depressed I don't feel like talking to anyone not even my roommate I don't feel like eating I always feel like sleeping the whole day in a dark room .I face body shaming and jobless . I even cry remembering my past days how I use to be very happy . I get angry at very small things .I don't know what's happening with me. Everything I do like reading roaming everything seems so annoying . I am not interested in talking with parents siblings friends and my favorite peoples too . Please help me out I m just 21 and will be 22 in next 4months.
