Efficacy of Depo Provera is only for 3 months. If your periods are anovulatory then you need to get further investigated , with USG pelvic scan and hormonal study . Take Regular healthy diet and Exercise which are two vital treatment for return of fertility .

If you have taken only one single shot of the injection in 7/2023 See a fertility specialist and review . you need to get your ovarian or egg reserve tested in order to plan your pregnancy
