It seems like you have teeth mobility in upper arch and a thin crest of maxillary ridge. It also depends on which type of artificial teeth you desire, fixed or removable. If you want removable teeth the missing teeth can be replaced with RPD(removable partial denture). If you desire fixed teeth ,In case of thin ridges I have placed implants by ridge expansion procedures and by bone augmentation procedures. The loading time for these procedures is usually longer ranging from a minimum of 3 months to 1 year but it gives excellent results.

Without seeing ur x ray or cbct its diffficult to predict whether implants are possible or not. Bt still if bone is less then v can put gone graft and still go with the implantation.u get ur hb1ac test done and that will decide whether we can go fr implants or not
Hello mam, for bridge fixing the supporting teeth should be strong enough... First take CBCT to evaluate bone level and then it can be decided whether Implant is possible or not...
Hello ma'am.. Dentistry is always full of options. If your condition is not suitable for one option then definitely some other options will be available. But for that we need some definitive diagnostic methods.like proper x Ray and all.you can consult a good prosthodontist.
You can opt for a second opinion . If bridge is not possible then you can check for implant supported dentures. But for that it is important to check your bite and X-rays, CBCT. Bone augmentation is sometimes done to improve ridge support. Else dentures are the last option
