My 6 no . teeth extracted 8 months ago . now 7 no. dentin exposed sideways. dull pain day and night . any treatment other then rct

Based on your symptoms there is a slight percentage of chance that the tooth can be saved by pulp caping method after proper radiographic evaluation. If not, I dont see any harm in having a Root Canal Treatment. Visit a dentist soon.
