Dental x-ray after Nasopharyngoscopy
I have ear pain and swelling under the ear for more than 3 weeks. I had sinus infection too. Dr told me that it's ear infection, sinus infection and prescribed amoxicillin. I taken the medicine for 7 days. It's been 2 weeks and I still have the same ear pain, low jaw pain, swelling under the ears. Some infection cleared up a bit. Still have ear pain, jaw pain and swelling. My doctor told me to check with ENT first. Visited an ENT today and they checked ears and said there is no infection at all. Ear looks very normal. They did Nasopharyngoscopy W/endo to check my nose, sinuses. ENT doctor said that no infection in sinus and no pus there. He was not sure why I have the swelling and pain in the jaw. He said it might be secondary infection of sinusitis which I had 2 weeks back. Whether this looks like any tooth issue or TMJ? Should I go to a dentist and check it? Is it okay to have dental x-ray after Nasopharyngoscopy W/endo ?ear pain and area exactly under the ear in the jaw pain constant
