Consult in personal chat. Seems the next tooth is also getting spoiled because of this. You can contact us personally for rct appointment. You should take only painkiller that too only if pain is unbearable. Taking painkillers in excess can be a problem. Cavity is very deep and has eaten up most of the tooth.

Hello Please keep that area clean and don't let any food remnants get deposited in that open cavity. For that make sure you rinse nicely titling your head on that side 4- 5 times in a day with warm salt water rinses. Whatever medications have been given by the doctor pls continue that and if needed would need to start an antibiotic course as the lockdown seems to be very uncertain. You will not lose the tooth unless and untill you don't follow the instructions and pls avoid eating from that side as the tooth is decayed so its weak it might get fracture if you end up chewing or biting hard stuff from there.
Next Steps
follow the medicines given by your doctor and if required connect directly and will guide you through
Health Tips
1. warm salt water rinses tilting your head on that side. 2. Avoid chewing from that side.

Hi, yes if RCT is delayed and tooth is not restored u will end up loosing the tooth for sure, but to make this process slower please take proper care 1. Keep the area clean and brush after every meal (specially after any non veg meal) use diluted mouthwash(hexidine) after every meal 2.do not bite anything hard with that tooth as it is already weak and undermined, the enamel will chip or even worse can also break 3.if there is pain do take the medicines prescribed already or u can try these Tab augmentin 625 BD for 3 days Tab metrogyl 400 BD for 3 days Tab zerdolo sp ( for pain) sos
Health Tips
Visit the Dr if there is swelling in gums and start off the first step of rct or get a temporary restoration

Continue taking meds given by the doctor. If pain is increasing take a 5 day antibiotic course. Any X rays with you would help determine the exact status; however looking at the photos there is no reason to worry. The amount of tooth structure is good enough and the tooth should be able to be saved even if treatment is started after lockdown
Next Steps
If pain increases; can initiate consult to know which meds you r taking currently and if they need to be altered. As soon as lockdown ends can initiate emergency root canal treatment.
Health Tips
Warm salt water rinses can be done if helpful (5-6times/day) before and after every meal.
