My son's front tooth are decayed and almost has come to gum level and it's suggested for extraction so how safe is it to extract and it's under general anaesthesia so how safe is it?
And his lower and upper molar need rct pls suggest should we go for extraction?

Hii.. Firstly I need Full X ray (OPG) of your son's teeth then only I can suggest you the best treatment plan suitable for him.
If his age is 3 years I would recommend to save the teeth for 2-3 years bcz his permanent teeth will start erupting at the age of 6 yrs. But if there's no chance to save the teeth with RCT then extraction is the only option.
