Hi Breaking of enamel could be due to enamel hypoplasia (weak enamel) or improper biting habits with ur front teeth. problem can be rectified with tooth coloured filling and other cosmetic procedures.

Front teeth breaking... especially from the edges..is may due to improper occlusion  bruxism (grinding of teeth) or carries...You didn't mention anything about carries... So it might be because of improper occlusion or bruxism...orthodontics examination and treatment will be the best solution...

Teeth are breaking or chipping may be because of caries or weak dentinoenamel junction, conservative treatment can be done, depending on the extent of damage, Laminates will be a better solution
