In morning,lil blood in saliva
Since 4,5days , when I spit in the morning there is lil redness in my saliva n having stomachache since last night ,,what it may be,,blood or what ??

Blood in the saliva is usually an indication of gum infection. You need to visit a dentist and get scaling (cleaning) done. This will reduce the gum infection and bleeding will also stop. Stomach pain is most probably not related to this issue.
