सर/मैम मैने जनवरी में ऊपरी दांत का रूट केनाल करवाया था। कुछ दिन ठीक रहा लेकिन 20दिन के बाद उसमें दर्द हुआ तो मै डेंटिस्ट के पास गया। उन्होने उसकी फिलिंग की तथा कटिंग कर दवाई दी। ओर उस पर कैप लगादी है लेकिन अभी भी उसमें हल्का दर्द हो रहा है उनके द्वारा एंटीबायोटिक Amoxicillin & potassium clavulanate625 ko 3दिन तक दिन दी। दर्द हल्का है दबाने पर होता है तथा दांत के जड़ के ऊपर सूजन है छूने पर कठोर तथा दबाने पर दर्द होता है वैसे दर्द नहीं है आजकल लॉक डाउन है फोन करने पर संतोष जनक जबाब नहीं आया क्या किसी अन्य डेंटिस्ट को दिखाऊ केवल 2दिन ऒर दवाई लेलो यह कहा गया कृपया उचित मार्गदर्शन करें। बड़ी कृपा होगी।

Hello Sir,
Please take pain relief medicines till the time lock down is over.
Tablet Ketof-dt (dispersible tablet so keep it below the tongue) three times daily for 4 days and post your condition after 4 days for further assistance.
No need to take any further antibiotics till you have been clinically examined.

Do not press the bulge on the tooth again and again.

Do ice packing on the painful side over the painful side cheek 4-5 times in a day.
Do warm saline (put some salt in warm water) gargles after every meal.
Take pain relief medicines 3 times daily for 4 days and tell us your condition.

You might be having some inflammation / infection in the tooth.
Please take:
Tab. Augumentin 625mg 2 times/day after food
Tab.Enzoflam 3 times/day,after food
Tab. Pan D 40mg once a day before food
Don't eat from that side.
Do warm water+salt gargles.
Ice application externally.
