Are Dark spots on all the teeth or only on few teeth. If it is on all the teeth that could be either because of stain producing bacterias in the mouth which requires simple cleaning by your dentist. If spots are because of decay get it filled with tooth coloured restorations.
Health Tips
smoking also causes stains on teeth. Get regular scaling and polishing done atleast 6 months once.
