Dental Pain
I am having sharp pain near my last right molar since last week and there is swelling in the gums also and see two small white pimples/bumps on the lower gum at the end of molars. I have attached the X-ray of my mouth. Please suggest the next steps I should take.

Consult with a dentist
Online now
based on your description, the sharp pain, swelling in the gums, and the presence of white pimples/bumps could indicate an infection or an abscess in the area. It's important to consult with a dentist as soon as possible to address the issue. They will be able to examine your mouth, review the X-ray if provided, and determine the appropriate next steps. Treatment may involve a thorough dental cleaning, antibiotic medication, or a root canal procedure, depending on the extent of the infection. After looking at your xrays your third molars appear impacted and some part of them is embedded in the bone. You might be suffering from pericoronitis and in your case i would suggest extraction of the third molars .
Next Steps
I recommend reaching out to a dentist near you and explaining your symptoms to schedule an appointment. They will be able to provide you with a proper diagnosis and recommend the most suitable treatment plan for your specific situation.

Wisdom teeth are impacted ( unerupted) on both sides. The swelling is due to the partial opening up of the overlying gum where the parts of the underlying tooth are seen and felt as white bumps. When the gum over an erupting tooth opens, it leads to food getting under it , which is difficult to remove and source of infection. This is the cause for pain and swelling. In this ( 2 dimensional ) Xray, the tooth appears to be close to the jaw nerve too. Do warm saline rinses after every meal to keep it clean. Take OTC pain relievers and seek an appointment with your dentist.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist. The area may require debridement and irrigation . You will need proper medication including antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs to tackle the pain and swelling that you are having. Under antibiotic cover, get the symptomatic impacted tooth removed on subsequent visit.
