I have had a toothache for some time and it's there on n off. I am in my first trimester of pregnancy Should I go to the dentist and can this toothache issue affect my baby?

No it will not affect your baby directly But if it is because of infection needs to be treated well in time because any untreated infection can lead to preterm labour
