Dentist approach can be done only after Covid. At present:- Do warm saline rinses Massage gums with Dentakind gum paint or edible oil Take medication Combiflam for pain 8 hourly if mild pain.If severe pain 2 tabs of Ketorol DT dissolved in water. If swelling Zerodol SP 8 hourly

Hi, Need to evaluate your situation to suggest any treatment. As soon as possible visit near by Dental clinic. For immediate pain relief take Tab. Naprosyn 500mg after food. Use mouthwash. Brush Twice Daily.
