Dental issue
Hello doctor, I think it's been exactly one week in my molars there is a black dot.what should I do to get out of it.Will it may lead to further infection?It's starting.so what are the preventive measures I should take?

Dear practo user Black dot can either be a cavity or a stain. A picture would help us better in diagnosing it.
Next Steps
brush the area twice daily and make sure no food gets lodged there.
Health Tips
use Betadine gargle mixed in warm saline water rinse for at least one minute three to  five times a day
