Dear Sir, My son is 2.5 years on his 2 nd birthday while playing he fallen down that time his front part tooth broken. Now it is seen a small boil in the gum. Can please confirm is there any problem he suffering. There is no pain as of now.

Hi , The way it appears in this image, it seems there is a broken part of the tooth root which is still intact and its infected. The small boil that u see is due to accumulation of pus at the site. yes it needs immediate attention

Hello, It is pus accumulation/abscess. You definitely need to take him to a dentist as soon as possible. This has occurred due to trauma & requires Root Canal as treatment.
