Dental implants is a comprehensive treatment which requires assessment of the bone quality and the space available for the implant...jn some cases implant is not feasible and one might have to go for a fixed bridge...
it's better to have a comprehensive treatment plan before proceeding for implant.

Implant is a good choice but before that we need to see bone condition and adjacent teeth condition too,
Go for OPG and meet near by dentist
Second thing cost varies from clinic to clinic
Dear practo user
Off course dental implant will be good option.
But whether it's feasible considering bone available, adjacent teeth condition, bite, all need to consider.
Can share details for definite treatment plan.
A picture of affected region will help advising the correct treatment plan
Need to assess the bone level in that particular area and also whether the tooth piece is still left or tooth is completely avulsed...all will determine your treatment plan and very according to the condition of the affected area and if every thing favors the implant placement you can go for implant placement
The cost of implant placement very clinic to clinic and also which type of implant u r opting for ranges somewhere between 15k -60k per tooth
For detail discussion kindly contact me on personal chat
Next Steps
Proper clinical and radio graphical examination required for exact treatment plan
