Dental implant

My front teeth have started protruding. Xray revealed some bone loss in upper front 4 teeth. Can i get same day dentures and if so what will be the approx treatment cost. Is there any way to save my natural teeth?

Front teeth starting to protrude is the first sign of gum disease. Consult a periodontist and seek all viable treatment options. In your case you need longterm results and dont look at short term gains. You can definetly opt for same day immediate dentures. Implants would require careful assessment of the extent of bone loss you mentioned. Primarily implant requires healthy and sufficient bone for longterm success. Natural teeth are definitely the best to save, provided they have necessary support. If you could post your x-ray it would help clinicians to give an assertive opinion. Regards and happy smiling!

Hi.. First you undergo gum flap surgery with bone graft from periodontist. This procedure will strengthen your teeth. Later braces by Orthodontist. This will align your teeth. In worst case where there is extensive bone loss, extraction followed by Implant can be done. Same day removable prosthesis can be given. Regards

Denture at 31... No way.. Go for conservative approach of braces along with gum surgery. Your orthodontist and periodontist would surely keep your natural teeth intact for much longer time. But patience and time are the key for successful treatment. No quick fix approach would work.
