Hi General cleaning is advisable for everyone at 8 months or 1 year interval.Usually after cleaning you might feel something empty and rough which is temporary.  Post cleaning slight sensitivity will be there.  Take desensitized mouthwash and gum astringent.

Hello sir, normally scaling/ cleaning of teeth is not associated with any complication unless you have some medical conditions like some bleeding disorders which can cause bleeding. Otherwise it is advisable to clean your teeth professionally once in 6 months or in an year for the better health of your teeth and gums. Thank you
