Hi  sir, Dental cleaning /scaling/polishing... Is one the best n lovely n easy painless procedure.. U vl really get to done frequently once ur done.. Itz done with  ultrasonic.. The water spary removes the stains calculus plaque.. Make ur teeth brighter whiter n clean....stop bad breathe.. Yes.. Post procedure u have maintain proper oral hygiene.. Makes ur smile more beautiful then before

Hello.. Welcome to practo.. Scaling is not a painful procedure.. Does not involve any injection mostly.. Do scaling once now and again after three months and then follow yearly once..
