My 3 year old son have dental caries in 2 teeth and now it's causing pain to him whenever he complaint about it ,it also cause fever to him ..so is it possible that dental caries can cause fever

Yes, specially in case of a paediatric patients fever can occurs. Deep carries which involves pulp lead to pain which creates difficulties in eating habits and results in nutrients deficiency in children.

Hello Yes it is very much possible that caries in the teeth (when they are deep) can cause systemic problems (like fever).
