Hi, my son of 4 years old is crying a lot due to teeth pain.. My doubt as of now is that can I use ibugesic plus syrup for him ? and what is the dose need to be administered for this boy ?

Hello sir.. pain may be due to dental caries in teeth that reaches pulp...Avoid self medication as it is harmful

yes u can give twice a day or sos wen needed but the tooth needs to be treated as pain will b gone untill he is under meds .. u need to treat the root cause

Yes you can give syrup ibugesic kid to him, one teaspoon 2 times a day or one teaspoon whenever required. Though this is a milk tooth but u need this treated as soon as possible. Medicines will just subside the pain but treatment will do the healing.
Next Steps
visit your nearest dentist and get pulpectomy done, i.e. root canal treatment for kids.The treatment will make him pain-free.
