Dengue without fever and anemia
My brother is suffering from dengue as per reports and he wasn't having any kind of fever and his hameglobin decrease to 6 and anemia. Is it possible does dengue cause anemia

Dengue will not cause anemia.. thrombocytopenia is seen in dengue patients..
