There is nothing to worry u r positive for dengue and have a fresh recent infection of dengue virus..
Just take paracetamol for fever control and avoid taking any medications without consulting any Dr .

Don't panic..its actly a gud thing if u were a proven dengue..do a quantitave igm dengue and ns1 antigen test..platelet level s also gud..jus drink a lot of fluids..put para thrice daily for fever..repeat cbc everyday..if platelet counts s in decreasing trend get admitted in a hopsital for further management with fluids and platelet transfusion if needed..please admit in a hospital if warning signs appear
