Dengue Symptoms
I am having fever and taking paracetamol tablets. I have pain in thighs as well.
No eye pain , no headache.

Duration of fever not mentioned. You can get a dengue and chikungunya igG done to rule out both. Also mention how much is the fever and if associated with chills and follow up with reports
